Safe Work Practice's unique Train the Trainer Program for direct care / nursing staff, is based on changing the way care staff move, and teaching them to pass on those changed behaviours to the other staff within their workplace. Participants of this program will learn how to assess posture and movement patterns, and re-enforce safe manual handling principles that can be applied to any task.

This program provides manual handling facilitators with a resource that they can use on an ongoing basis, and is suitable for use in training sessions. Staff can also refresh themselves on specific principles and manual handling techniques.
